ORGANIZATION BACKGROUND INFORMATION

Teen Court has been in operation in Roswell and Chaves County since December 1994 operating through Chaves County Youth Services. Teen Court of Chaves County Inc. was established in June, 1996 as a stand-alone 501(c)3 non-profit corporation funded by grants from the Administrative Office of the Courts (A.O.C.) 5^th Judicial District Court and the Chaves County DWI Planning Council.  Both grants combined total annual budget of $40,000.00.
